HRIA Women in Hire Development Program
The Women in Hire Development Program is the first of its kind in our industry. Launched at our National convention in May 2018, the program is designed to give women opportunities to develop their leadership skills, build confidence and pursue a successful career within our industry. There are also opportunities outside of the Mentoring Program for networking and development.
What to expect
The Women in Hire Development Program focuses on building confidence and catering for the individual needs of each mentee. The program runs over an 10-month period and consists of 5 face to face workshops running for approximately 4 hours each. Participants will be invited to attend networking events with the Young Professionals as well as attend additional Zoom sessions including the annual International Women’s Day webinar. Successful applicants will matched to a mentor who is a leader in our industry and will be there to share their industry-specific knowledge, experience and skills, provide guidance and support, and help you achieve goals.
