A first for our industry the Women in Hire Development Program is now in its 6th year.

The Women in Hire Development Program is designed to give women opportunities to develop their leadership skills, build confidence and pursue a successful career within our industry.

Mentees are partnered with Mentors and lead through facilitated sessions focused on the Women in Hire 5 Crucial Conversations.

Be Ready: Undertaken self-evaluation and has identify strengths and the behaviours that may hold you back

Be Brave: The commitment to set goals and establish new habits

Be Curious: The curiosity to expand and broaden knowledge and perspective

Be Daring: The enthusiasm to step outside the comfort zone and explore opportunities, such as networking, industry events and joining HRIA/EWPA committees

Beyond: The passion for advocacy and the celebration of success for other women in the industry

Women in Hire and Access

Focusing on building confidence and catering to individual needs of each participant, the Women in Hire Development Program is an investment in your future and the future of our industry. You will gain access to independent and objective perspectives from industry leaders, building confidence in dealing with colleagues, managers and others in the industry, improve your networking and communication skills and more.

HRIA Women in Hire Development Program is provided exclusive to HRIA Members.
